This elite residential project of about 3,750 square meters is under construction and is located in the heart of Schneberg next to the Wittenbergplatz square, the Kudamm shopping street and the famous Kadeve shopping center.

The project consists of five interconnected buildings, which together form the shape of an arrow. Two buildings are located on Kurfrstenstrasse, two more on Elze Lasker-Schulerstrasse, and the fifth building is located on the corner of these two streets.
