Perfect location. The project is located in the heart of Jurmala, in Dzintari (3 minutes walk to the sea, the concert hall "Dzintari", promenade Jomas). At the same time the complex is hidden in a quiet quarter, the territory of which adjoins the natural well-organized park "Dzintari" (playgrounds, running, bicycle paths).

In the residential complex are arranged three houses - 14 apartments and 7 penthouses with spacious terraces on the roofs. All apartments have a place for a fireplace (connection to the chimney). In the penthouses on the third floor there is a separate elevator, leading to the roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view. To the apartments on the first floor there is an additional attached plot of land for private use.

In the complex there is a closed guarded territory (video surveillance), a chip access system, a lobby with a concierge service 24/7, a cigar room, a room for rest and meetings, a landscaped courtyard. Underground parking. Elevator in each house leading from the parking zone to all floors. There are 2 parking spaces for each apartment. Also in the underground parking area there are closed storage facilities for storing bicycles, skis, jet skis, etc. The project has gas heating and own generator.

In any apartment you can create your own unique interior, or choose the interior design proposals from the best Latvian designers (Abii, Silis, Birznieks utt) or from Karim Rashid. The apartments are sold with white decoration.

KADO KARIM - the only project in Eastern Europe, where the smart house system (Smart City) is installed. All apartments are connected to all communications, including for connection of any Smart City options.

The project is nominated in the Luxury National Brand category at the London Luxury Lifestyle Award 2014.
