A great hotel in Budva. It is in an excellent location, protected from city noise. The villa has a total area of 650 m2, has four floors, ten apartments and two apartments of 90 m2, a garage of 20 m2, parking space and a courtyard of 100 m2 with a wooden house of 25 m2 and a basement of 20 m2.

The apartments are located on the first and last floors, and the guesthouse on the second and third floors. Solar panels provide hot water. Wiring for central air conditioning and heating is done.
