AMATCIEMS

AMATCIEMS is an eco-settlement in Latvia. Initially, its founder planned to create a complex for his family and friends. Now anyone can buy a plot to build a house there.

History of the company 

AMATCIEMS was founded by entrepreneur Aivars Zvirbulis. At first, he bought 3 hectares of land on the banks of the Amata River. By his own admission, he wanted to live in harmony with nature, in a place where there are no fences and no one keeps the dogs on a leash. 

Then in 1998, Zvirbulis sold his enterprise and began to buy up land around the plot on Amata. 

The idea to create a settlement appeared in 2004. By 2013, Aivars sold the first-phase sections of the project and set about developing the second one. 

Services 

In AMATCIEMS you can buy or rent a property under the following conditions: 

• 6 houses are rented: Pacelishi, Apoji, Tyubishi, Dzilnisha, Bisites. If the lease lasts longer than a week, the tenant will have to pay utility bills according to the meter: water and electricity. 
• Rent 3 rooms in the house Zeni. The minimum rental period is 2 days. 
• Sold 98 plots. You can buy land, a plot with a finished house or construction in progress. 

Amatciems specialists help with the paperwork for the sale and rental of real estate, advise on financial and legal issues. It is possible to issue a mortgage for the purchase of a plot. 

For an additional fee, eco-village employees look after housing during the absence of owners, landscaping the site, keeping it clean and tidy. 

Village Facilities 

Ekoposelok fully landscaped. There is electricity, water supply, sewage, Internet. 

On the territory there is a patrol car security company. Her employees are ready to help in case of danger. Each house is equipped with two alarm systems: fire and technical. The drive to the territory is closed by a barrier, from which every tenant has a remote control. Video surveillance is in progress. 

In AMATCIEMS there is a SPA-hotel, a football field, a sauna, a restaurant, hunting clubs. Residents and guests of the village have the opportunity, depending on the season, to ride a bike, ski or skate, go fishing, go hunting. The hotel rent equipment for these sports. 

12 km from the village is the city of Cesis. There are schools, hospitals, supermarkets, shops, clinics, cafes, recreation centers. The nearest kindergarten is 3 km away. 

Real estate in Amatciems can be purchased by Latvian citizens and residents of other countries. Under the law, a foreigner has the right to stay in the country for 90 days. 

SPA hotel 

Jonathan Spa Estate - SPA hotel in eco-hotel. Guests are offered 8 rooms or apartments in the house. For recreation and entertainment offer an indoor pool, a few saunas, a restaurant, a bar, and a beauty parlor with wellness treatments for the body and face. 

Building plots 

The construction of the plots in the eco-settlement is carried out by the construction firm Zvirbulis. Its employees build bathhouses and frame houses throughout Latvia.
