The main activity of the company is the development of projects in the field of commercial real estate both as a developer and investor and the management company. We keep the focus on long-term investments in real estate, particularly in commercial property, hotels, office buildings and industrial real estate.The carrying amount of the group of E. L. L. Kinnisvara increased from 0 to 7 million Euro in 1997 to about 300 million euros. The company invested in various property development projects, in total, more than 350 million euros, primarily in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. In the coming years, depending on the market situation, the company is ready to invest in new projects in the order of 30-50 million euros per year.E. L. L.
