Ready Property Italy

Ready Property International was founded in 2012 in London in response to growing demand for overseas property among buyers and investors from Russia and other Eastern European countries. In 2014 it opened an office Ready Property Italy in Rome. From 2015 to 2017 our company has led the Back Office of Italian-Russian Association I. R. A., carrying out all the technical side of real estate transactions in different parts of Italy. Thanks to this experience after careful consideration of the key customer needs, in early 2017, a project was launched to promote high-quality Italian buildings on the overseas market, which allowed customers from other countries to access the real estate portfolio, which was available until then mainly only Italians. Today, our clients easily choose for themselves the brand new apartments and villas from the leading real estate developers on the coast all the four seas surrounding the Peninsula, as well as in large cities such as Rome and Milan.
