Stylish luxury Villa with garden is the outstanding ornament of the city. The Villa was built for the famous Austrian chemist Carl Auer von Welsbach in 1887. About two years ago the house was renovated and has since been used as an exclusive venue for different events.

All rooms have been carefully renovated; textile wall coverings restored based on original designs, the stucco was restored and partially gilded. An outstanding element of the Palace is a glazed dome over "Le Ciel". Modern steel staircase with cast iron railing connects the historic Bel Étage with the rooftop. The Palace is replete with modern appliances and furniture. Historic Lobmeyr crystal chandeliers have been combined with Swarovski and Murano glass.
Due to the layout of the site in the garden and on the terrace you can enjoy the peace. Total floor area of 848 square meters, through building alterations it can be adapted to different needs – like housing or as an office.

The Palace is situated in the district of Wieden, near the Park Belvedere, Vienna secession, Vienna Opera house and other attractions. International airport Schwechat can be reached by car in 25 minutes.
