We offer for sale a house on the seacoast with a yard of 390 sq. m. in the village of Sinemorets, Tsarevo municipality, Bourgas region. The house is very old - it is supposed to be built at least 100 years ago. It is located in the centre about 250 m from the northern beach and the Veleka River. There are three rooms on each floor. Sinemorets is located on the southern Black Sea coast, 85 km from the city of Bourgas, 20 km from the town of Tsarevo and at the end of the Strandzha Mountains.
