Gramatikovo is the biggest village in the Strandzha mountains, only 30 km from the sea and Tsarevo town, 70 km from the town of Bourgas and 25 km from the town of Malko Tarnovo. On the territory of the village there are a number of cultural and historical sites, pilgrimage places with healing water - chapels, Indipaskha sanctuaries, "Stone", "Big Ayazmata", caves, Strandzha Park. All these attractive landmarks attract tourist interest. Rural, cultural and hunting tourism, regardless of annual seasons, is highly developed. This place is being visited by Bulgarians and foreigners year-round for hunting tourism and entertainment. The house is located in the centre of the village. There is a ground floor and a first floor, which consists of a corridor, three rooms, a kitchen, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a toilet on the floor. The Strandzha style of furnishings is preserved.
The house has two floors and the second one is suitable for living and does not need repair. There are beds for 8 persons.
The first floor is a cellar but it can be repaired and adapted for residential use.
