Our proposed property is a large one-storey house at the end of the village, accessed from asphalt road. The house is exceptionally strong (26 concrete columns), there is a possibility to build one more floor, or even two if necessary. Its living area is 129 sq. m. Layout is as follows: three bedrooms, a dining room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet.
