The studio we offer is fully furnished, as shown in the photos. It is located on the second floor without annual maintenance fee. Just 150 meters from the beach and the center, and 10 minutes walk from the airport. The building is inhabited mostly by Russians and Bulgarians. The center of Burgas and the town of Pomorie are within a 10 minute drive. In this area many Bulgarians and foreigners prefer to live permanently or come for seasonal living.
