Description

The IPANEMA BEACH complex is located right by the sea, in the most rapidly developing resort of the Bulgarian coast - Saint Vlas. The elite complex on the first line is built especially for connoisseurs of a panoramic view of the sea, as well as the yacht port of Marina Dinevi.
The complex has a rich external infrastructure: alleys, playgrounds, shops and many restaurants with a wide variety of fish delicacies.
The complex consists of two separate buildings, each of which has an independent swimming pool and a parking lot, arranged on the territory of 7630 sq. m.
On the territory of the complex are planned green areas and walking alleys with recreation areas, park lighting and a playground in a not built up area of 3,500 sq. m.

Service and support.

The complex will provide maintenance and support for the purpose of comfortable and quiet stay of apartment owners throughout the year, reception and accommodation administrators, maids, security guards, gardeners, water savers and children's animators.
The service fee includes:
• Maintenance of the park space;
• daily cleaning of alleys, stairs, corridors, elevator and parking;
• 24-hour physical and video security;
• electricity costs for park lighting, common parts and lift;
• water consumption costs for watering lawns and for swimming pools.
At your disposal are the following free services, facilities and entertainment:
• free underground parking;
• free pool;
• free sunbeds and umbrellas;
• free children's playground.
Paid services:
• daily cleaning of the apartment;
• meeting and seeing off at the airport;
• laundry;
• car rental.

Building:

The monolithic building is made of natural materials, the walls are made of bricks, finished with plaster and multi-layer heat and noise insulation, window frames with a thermo-bridge.
Apartments will be completed "turnkey", equipped with air conditioning, with fully finished bathrooms with glass showers (or bathtub) and all the necessary accessories and warm floors. Entrance doors are metal, and interior doors are made of MDF. For flooring, ceramic granite or laminate is offered - at the request of the client.

Saint Vlas is located at the foot of the southern slopes of the mountain "Stara Planina", in close proximity to the Black Sea coast. A unique combination of sea and mountain conditions makes for an exceptionally favorable climate. The area is part of the Mediterranean climate zone. It is untouched by the influence of the northern winds, so the fog is rare, and the frosty days during the winter months are only 26. An important characteristic of the climate is the number of sunny days - 240-260 per year. Warm weather and a cool breeze are typical for summer and early autumn.
Air currents between the sea and the mountain create a unique natural phenomenon that purifies the air. Natural sea breeze combined with crystal clear air create conditions for the development of sea balneotherapy and has a positive effect on patients with bronchial asthma and other lung diseases. A favorable climate is suitable for treatment all year round.
The most important element of the region's natural potential is the beach strip. The whole coast is to the south and represents the natural Riviera. The beaches are wide, clean, covered with fine golden sand. Now the town of Sveti Vlas has become an upscale resort with its own yacht port, the best bars and restaurants, the most fashionable nightclubs, luxury hotels and pedestrian areas. This makes it an attractive place for tourists who want to enjoy the beautiful mountains and relax on the beach.
