The village of Kosharitsa , where the holiday village is built, is a blossoming small village at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain, which preserved the nature and atmosphere of a typical Bulgarian village. Beautiful nature, mild and pleasant climate (winter is mild, and summer is cool), picturesque surroundings. The village is in the foothills, which allows you to practice various types of tourism - cognitive, rural, pedestrian, horse-riding, hunting and fishing, picking up useful grasses. The local population is mainly engaged in livestock and tourism, which gives great opportunities in acquaintance with life and traditional crafts.

The houses are made with gable roofs, claddings of stone and wood, stone fences of traditional courtyards, cobblestone streets - avenues, which creates an atmosphere of warmth and coziness.
Each house has an extensive day room, hall, kitchen, two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outdoor and indoor fireplace - (barbecue), which perfectly fit in the interior of each house, not only create an exceptional sense of coziness and intimate atmosphere, but also represent an excellent solution to the problem of heating in the winter.

In front of each house there is a veranda covered with a wooden pergola type construction, along which the vine curls. On each veranda there is an outdoor fireplace, near which tourists can rest and enjoy a pleasant panorama of the mountain.
