The hotel is situated on a plot of 1400 sq. m own plot is 812 sq. m. Hotel built in 2005 with all permits and in particular permission for usage (act 16).

The building is insulated and has plastic Windows. The hotel consists of 33 rooms fully equipped with air conditioning, a Minibar, cable TV and a bathroom in each room. The restaurant is a lovely place with cozy terrace. It is completely finished and furnished, has ventilation, equipped kitchen. The restaurant has 40 seats inside and 40 seats on the terrace. The hotel has an outdoor bar and inside bar. There is a system with 20 solar collectors for four boilers, each 500 liters. There are three rooms for staff. The hotel has Parking for 10-12 cars, Playground, fitness and swimming pool.

For next season the hotel management has concluded contracts with Czech and Polish tour agencies 100% ready, also has regular clients (Bulgarians and foreigners). These results were achieved thanks to the efforts and experience of this team and successful years of professional management. The total hotel capacity is 90 beds.
