Prices and conditions for a purchase:

• When buying off-plan during the course of construction, the buyers should pay the price in several installments until the final completion of the construction.

• Discount on the payment plan with a large down payment and a small final payment upon completion.

• Payment by installments up to 1 year after the completion of the complex, with an initial installment of 35 % of the price and annual escalation of 12% of the residual value.
