Interior
The apartments will be comfortably furnished. The degree of completion is "turnkey", as follows:
• one air conditioner;
• walls - plaster, latex paint;
• Floors - laminate;
• doors - MDF;
• Windows - PVC;
• Equipped bathroom: floors are covered with tiles, a washbasin, a bathroom, a water heater.

We offer interior design services. Customers are offered a choice of several designer furniture packages - from economy class to luxury class, as well as the development of an individual project taking into account your wishes. Our task is to control the delivery and installation of your chosen furniture.

Property Management
The management company offers all services connected directly or indirectly with your apartment:
1. Renting an apartment;
2. Payment of utilities and taxes;
3. All-year-round apartment support;
4. transfers to and from the airport
5. Cleaning and cleaning of the apartment;
