The monolithic building is made of natural materials, the walls of brick-Wienerberger Porotherm, finished with plaster and multi-layer thermal and noise insulation, window frames with a thermo-bridge.
Apartments will be completed "turnkey", equipped with air conditioning, with fully finished bathrooms with glass showers (or bath) and all the necessary accessories and warm floors.
