The two-storey house built in 2013 is located in the village of Osenovo.

The built-up area is 182 sq. m. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen unit, a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with terraces, bathroom with shower. The house is fully furnished. The kitchen unit is equipped with a hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator.

The yard has an area of 360 m2, there is a separate building for storage of firewood, one parking space, the territory is landscaped and planted.

The village of Osenovo is located 18 km from the city of Varna and only a few kilometers from the resorts of Albena and Kranevo. The area is characterized by clean air and incredibly beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. Osenovo is located in a small valley, and on all sides, except the east, is surrounded by hills, which in winter are a natural barrier to the cold winds. In the east, a breathtaking panorama of the Black Sea opens.

The village offers opportunities for both seasonal and year-round living.

On the territory of the village there is an Orthodox church, a medical office, grocery stores, a cafe, a post office and the mayoralty. The infrastructure of the village is well developed. The roads are maintained in good condition. The village has electricity and there is water supply. A regular bus transport is organized to Varna (bus No 28).
