the Complex has 24 hour security, perimeter equipped with cameras and access control of visitors and vehicles, which guarantees peace of mind. In addition, maintenance provides for the ventilation of the tenants in their absence, cleaning of territory and housing, pool maintenance, flower beds and green spaces.

only Pay for water and electricity, which has spent during their stay in Bulgaria, no rent, NO! Take readings, turn off the water and electricity and leave. Next season start with these readings. No common costs, except for previously named 8 euros per sq. m.

According to individual agreement you may conduct the cleaning of the apartment (very cheap! ).
