the Complex is situated in Sunny beach resort, only 150 m from the sandy beach and 15 minutes walk from the resort centre. The ancient town of Nessebar (Old Nessebar), the pearl of the Bulgarian black sea coast, is a 20-minute walk away. Burgas airport and the city Burgas, the administrative center of juznobanatski coast are 30 - 40 minutes (30 - 35 km). The complex was commissioned in may 2007.
