Avren is located 25 km south of Varna and the municipal infrastructure of the center, which houses a school, a hospital, a police station, town halls and shops.

In the courtyard is an old house, consisting of an entrance hall, two rooms and a toilet on the first floor and a basement of a semi-major level. All the windows were replaced with PVC.
For the main house was built a new one-story building, consisting of one room, a separate kitchen (BDS) and a large bathroom with a window.

Everything is ready for painting according to your taste. There are buildings and auxiliary outbuildings, gazebos and a garage.
