A house with a terrace, consisting of one apartment and a spacious garage, with a panoramic view of Karlovy Vary surrounded by greenery. In 2006-2008, a complete reconstruction was carried out, during which the roof, vinyl windows, facade, fireplace, entrance doors and interior interiors were renovated.

On the ground floor there is an entrance to the house and a garage that can be accessed from the house, a living room with a fireplace and access to a spacious terrace with an open fireplace, a kitchen with pantry, a dining room, utility room, toilet and separate shower.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. One of them has an entrance to a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of Karlovy Vary and a large terrace of about 25 sq. M. m, then a bathroom with a bath, a separate toilet and a wardrobe.

Heating is gas with a central heating boiler and hot water. The interior doors are made of wood. The house has a TV, an antenna with a divorce, satellite and telephone. The windows are equipped with external blinds. The whole plot is fenced. In the garden there are decorative trees, and in addition a number of sports facilities.
