"Letnansk zahrady" (literally "Letnany Gardens") is the next stage of the new residential area "Novye Letnany" in the same area of Prague 9. Having preserved the architecture of the previous stages, the residential complex offers 691 apartments in 14 houses with various layouts and a high level of interior decoration.

Thanks to the developed transport links and the 5-minute Letnany metro station, it takes no more than 25 minutes to reach the city center.
