Recently built villa in Viimsi!

This villa was built on the top of Rohuneeme peninsula. It is located on a land plot above the rest of the residential buildings of this area. Its balconies and terraces offer a fabulous view over the sea.

Architect Hannes Koppel managed to produce the house full of light with fantastic layout, which is spread over three different levels and has two separate entrances. The interior trim materials include natural wood, parquetted flooring and natural stone.

The floor with the main entrance includes the entrance area, living-room with an open kitchen and a study-room. Second floor includes three bedrooms and laundry room. All the bedrooms have separate bathrooms. Should one enter the house from the side of the garage, which fits two vehicles, then he will access a SPA complex which provides all the conditions for relaxation. It includes steam and Finnish saunas and a swimming-pool. There is also an entrance to the terrace from there. Technical equipment is located on the ground floor.

Technical equipment is very economic and modern. Sun panels along with two air-water pumps provide the heating and also heat up the hot water supply for the swimming-pool and the whole building. There is a floor heating in the building, ventilation system with a function of warm air return (separate for SPA complex and rooms) and automatic maintenance system for the swimming-pool. There is a central vacuum cleaner and alarm system installed in the building. Gates and garage gates are automatic. The area is very private and calm. Neighbors are great. The residence area is separated by an automatic barrier. Picturesque sand beach is located only in few minutes’ walk.
