Located on the outskirts of Nimes on 8.5 hectares of a magnificent estate of the XVII century.

the Total area is about 3000m2, of which about 800m2 remain unrepaired. Located in an exceptional Park with trees, heated swimming pool, a greenhouse, a bar, a restaurant, several guest houses and numerous rooms for entertaining guests.

This is the perfect place for all types of events, whether they are of a private nature (weddings or gala nights) or professional (workshops, business conferences, exhibitions, etc.). The estate is about a hundred events per year.

staff currently consists of eleven members (one Manager, four people are responsible for the guest rooms, six people work in the restaurant).

situated at the gates of Nimes, here you can quickly reach from the city center, but at the same time in place that allow for noise and do not disturb the neighbors. Close to motorway, Garons airport, new railway station, Manduel (2.5 hours to Paris by train)!

In 2017, it is expected that income from business will be slightly more than 1 million euros (300 000 hotel and rental income of 700 000 income of the restaurant).

There is a great opportunity to increase income, as there is a 800 m2 raw space (about 30% owned) where you can create 15-20 additional hotel rooms or to build a hotel on a plot of land at the entrance to the area (8 hectares 6 hectares remain suitable for construction with the possibility of building area 12000 m2).

Among the clients of the most famous names of the French industries: Renault, Peugeot, BMW and Volvo for the automotive industry (note that Mas is one of the few places that are suitable for events associated with the vehicle, including the ability to enter large vehicles in halls), Societe Generale, BNP, Caisse d'epargne or the Credit Agricole in the banking sector, AXA and Groupama, AG2R La Mondiale in the insurance industry, as well as many other major national and international groups: RTE, EDF, ERDF, Orange, Canon, Lidl, BRL, Keolis, Novartis, Sanofi, Bayer, GFI, Colas and Veolia ...

Private events: weddings, christenings, birthdays ... : in 2016, more than thirty weddings were celebrated in the estate. Most of the clients from South-Eastern France or Paris region, but some of our clients come from afar to celebrate your wedding at the manor (from England, USA, Canada and Singapore in 2016).
