On the first floor of the building located 6 quadruple rooms with an area of 35 m² with living room, bedroom and bathroom and 5 namereplace 25m² with living room, bedroom and bathroom. The second floor has 6 rooms with an area of 35m² with living room, bedroom and bathroom and 5 namereplace 25m² with living room, bedroom and bathroom. On the third floor of the building there are two apartments - one with an area of 25m² and a second area of 100 m². The hotel also has a restaurant area of 300 m², a snack bar and an outdoor pool. Poslednei repairs took place in late 2018.
