Music Artworks Complex and Residential Complex Artworks is an idea covering all possible musical needs, including production, recording, mixing, mastering, rehearsal and accommodation. The concept is designed and built from scratch in accordance with all specifications and requirements of modern world-class Studio. This project is designed to record companies, music producers, musicians, sound engineers and generally for all who are interested and willing to invest in music at the world-class hotel, located near the former national airport of Greece (municipality of Elliniko), which is one of the important options for real estate investment in Greece. Currently, the project is partially completed and once it is completed fully, it will be the first and only complex of its kind to date in Athens. Design includes: 1) One Studio, two rehearsal rooms on the first floor. 2) One middle-scale Studio recording and production Studio on the second floor. 3) One large Studio for recording, production and mastering on the third floor. 4) Guest house in two levels with three bedrooms, which includes a lounge bar and the exclusive right to use the swimming pool and garden. 5) Hall for meetings along with facilities of the producer and the roof garden on the second floor. 6) internal and External space for Parking cars and one storage room. The basement is divided into three parts: a rehearsal Studio with two rooms (30 sqm and 40 sqm) with independent bars with an area of 135 sq. m. In the room specially designed and constructed for this purpose, two rehearsal rooms on a special platform made of concrete and dynamometer (damping material), thus reached the maximum soundproofing. Each room is equipped with an amazing sound system with a capacity of 6KW of audio frequency. Each room mixing and monitoring is controlled by the digital system using Avid's Protools hd2. Thus, it is possible to restore the most challenging settings for any client in seconds. Area of Parking – 120 sq. m. Storage room – 35 sq. m. On the ground floor with a height of 5.80 metres, the two professional buildings with loft: recording Studio and a guest house. Such high quality construction standards and acoustic characteristics were observed in the construction of the Studio-certified design Studio and construction company. On the second floor is a room with a height of 5.50 meters. With a loft of 20 sqm with the installation of hydraulics and electricity with two toilets, a kitchen, a bar, an area of 170 sq. m. On the third floor is a room area of 80 square meters, consisting of office, great room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace of 90 sq. m. There is also a shared terrace 75 sqm, which can be used for photovoltaic systems 10 kW. Possible redevelopment of premises for housing a total area of 1.000 sq. m.
