The plot is located in Agios Aimilianos, municipality of Porto Heli. Next is the same site that are sold together. Porto Heli is located on the Peloponnese, the Prefecture of Argolis, in the South mainland of Greece. 190 kilometers that separated the resort from Athens, and 55 nautical miles – from the port of Piraeus. Large promontory jutting into the sea, almost completely separates the Gulf from the open sea, and formed a very beautiful large harbour, on the banks of which is located in Porto Heli. Beyond the borders of the Cape and the harbour the shore is indented with small quiet coves and represents the endless beaches with the purest sand. The sea in the Bay is very calm, because the Cape protects from blowing in these latitudes the winds. The sea water is sky blue in colour, extremely clean and transparent. It is a lot of fish and other marine animals.
