The Villa is situated on 700 meters above sea level, in a very quiet scenic location and has breathtaking views of the mountains and the city of Lucca (which is at a distance of 30 km). The house is located on a flat plot of 3500 sq m and is arranged as follows: Ground floor: patio, entrance, large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, technical room. Second floor: four bedrooms and a bathroom. Ground floor: garage, Laundry room. Alongside the house are magnificent trees and there are two additional buildings, which are currently not used but can be repaired (increase in area). The Villa stands in a fairly isolated place, 30 km. from Lucca. The road leading to the house is in good condition (asphalt), of which only the last 8 km of road with a climb (not very steep). Dirt road – only the last 1 km, but is also in excellent condition.
