State and finishing

The house was built as a model of the Umbrian architecture, with its traditional stone chimneys, external staircase with balcony and a cozy porch, chipped wood.
All the finishing is very high quality and is in excellent sostoyanii. V particular:
- All glazing, built-in furniture and kitchen were custom made by the best masters of Citt di Castello and decorated with reproductions, hand painted by experienced artists;

Around the house is a delightful garden with alpine slides, manicured lawns and amazingly beautiful flower beds, shrubs and various types of roses. Many different trees are impressive and give a feel like in the botanical garden. On 7. 5 hectares of private land grow 120 olive trees and 40 fruit trees, including peach, cherry, apple, pear, apricot, almond, plum, hazelnut, fig and hazelnut.
