A villa in a picturesque, quiet location in the town of Ventimiglia is a port city in Italy on the coast of the Ligurian Sea, 7 km from the border with France, to the west of San Remo (connected by a trolleybus line). This customs station and the resort of the Italian Riviera occupy both banks of the river Roya, which flows here into the Ligurian Sea.

The total area of the villa is 200 sq. m. The terrace offers panoramic views of the mountains and the city. The house is surrounded by a garden with olive and fruit trees, a total area of 600 sq. m.

The villa consists of two floors with a separate entrance to each floor. If desired, the entrance to the second floor can be remade inside the house.

The first floor consists of: entrance hall, spacious living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and dressing room;

On the second floor there are two stairs, one from the parking lot to the garden and then into the room and the second from the central entrance. Comprising: living room, two bedrooms (one of them is access to the garden), kitchen and bathroom with bath.

There is a car park for one car. At 20 meters from the house there is a bus stop.
