The project concerns the realization of a duplex in Sabetta, near Celle Ligure. The building has two above-ground floors, pitched roof and a rectangular shape. The plot of land around the house is in slots and is characterized by thriving vegetation and tall trees.

For its realization of the project local materials and techniques have been used: the walls have been plastered with bright colors, the covering in the lower part of the house is made with the local stones and the roof is made of slate.

On the ground floor of every apartment there is a great south-west oriented glass wall, which takes the greatest part of the of the façade.

The external paving can be realized in tiles or wood and the flat area in front of the property can become a private garden.

The building is made by two independent housing units, divided longitudinally.

The two levels will be connected through an internal staircase which will be visible from the outside. For the cladding of the two staircases is made in wood, treated with autoclave, painted and granted three years. The structure of the staircase is in aluminum.

Laterally, there are two underground garages with the garden above them. The garden and the bottom level are connected via two independent external staircases. The first floor has two large terraces, related to the ground that surrounds the house.
