The villa was built in 1878 in a park of about 2000 square meters, offering beautiful views of the lake and the town center of Arona. The total area of the villa is 400 sq. m.

Ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace and floors of the Venetian crumbs, kitchen, bathroom and veranda. The staircase connecting the floors, was built in the 60s of the last century.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms with original parquet flooring. The master bedroom has an ancient marble fireplace and ceiling are decorated with stucco. Bathroom and boiler room / laundry room.

Third floor: here were organized independent apartments with entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies with views of the lake and the city.

In the highest part is preserved gazebo octagonal shape, which, however, in need of complete restoration. There is also a second gazebo made of wrought iron with a table and 6 small antique armchairs.

In the park grow large trees and other plants, which are beautifully framed staircase connecting the different levels of the site and the fence that separates the property from the National Park Rocca Borromea.

The villa is a unique object of property due to its central position in the historic center and its large green park with a lake view. Besides, if you wish, you can increase the area of the villa.
