The villa is located in a quiet area in Civenna, yet only 700m from the center. In an hour you can drive to Milan and a half hours - from Malpensa airport. The area is interesting both from the point of view of history, and from the point of view of nature around a lot of greenery, it is possible to walk along the mountain paths, and gorges or arrange horse riding. At 9 km from the town of Bellagio, a real jewel on Lake Como, where you can also go for a walk, enjoy regional cuisine in the best restaurants, water skiing and kayaking on the lake.
The villa was built in 1663. Initially, it was a big farmhouse, animal barn (now the living room with TV) and a hayloft. Inside you will find precious ceilings, frescoes from one of the Austrian House in 1600.
