Autonomous insulated building in the center of Teiki.

Currently used as a customer service center and administrative building. In 2004, the building was reconstructed and insulated with a device on the first floor of a two-level store / reception room for clients, on the second and third floor - administrative / office premises.   

In the building, taking into account the specifics of the current owner's activity, that is, the maintenance of servers and computer networks, it is ensured to maintain constant and uniform power supply from two additional sources - a powerful diesel generator and a power unit on battery batteries. Also in the whole building there is a powerful ventilation recuperation system with the function of maintaining cooling and heating of rooms, in addition to which own autonomous gas heating is used. The building and the territory are equipped with video surveillance.

The territory is asphalted and fenced.
