Perfect location. The project is located in the heart of Jurmala, in Dzintari (3 minutes walk to the sea, concert hall "Dzintari", promenade Jomas). Underground parking. Elevator in each house leading from the parking zone to all floors. There are 2 parking spaces for each apartment. Also in the underground parking area there are closed storage rooms for storing bicycles, skis, a water motorcycle, etc. The project has gas heating and own generator.

In any apartment you can create your own unique interior, or choose the interior design proposals from the best Latvian designers (Abiķi, Silis, Birznieks utt) or from Karim Rashid. The apartments are sold with white decoration.

KADO KARIM - the only project in Eastern Europe, where the smart house system (Smart City) is installed. All apartments are connected to all communications, including for connection of any Smart City options.

The project is nominated in the Luxury National Brand category at the London Luxury Lifestyle Award 2014.
