Art Nouveau building in Riga

A historical building in the Art Nouveau style is in the historical center of Riga.    The house was designed by the famous Latvian architect Janis Alksnis (1869-1939), built in 1910.

The useful area is 4'782 square meters, of which the apartments occupy 3'814 square meters, and the commercial area is 970 square meters. The building has about 40 apartments ranging in size from 55 to 166 square meters. The plot is 1'505 square meters.

Part of the building (towards the street) is rebuilt and is currently rented as apartments and offices. The back of the building (about 14 apartments and office space) needs repair; prepared Technical Project. The property is not burdened with leases of the Soviet era. The building is not a historical/architectural monument, but it is a significant and protected historical urban landscape. The property is properly managed and maintained.
