Plot Good Water

Flat plot with very good sea views. There is a possibility to build a building of 2-3 floors. The plot is a road. Urbanization: no Dobra Voda is located on the South coast of Montenegro, near the city Bar (about 7 km). Located close to the tourist town of Ulcinj (about half an hour away), Budva (1 hour), Tivat and Podgorica. By the way, since the latter are the Montenegrin airports, keep in mind that to go from any of them to the Good Water is about the same — about a half hour. A small picturesque village has been attracting tourists since the 50-ies of the last century, today the town is home to about 700 people. As for attractions, the village of Dobra Voda will hardly surprise you what some ancient ruins or a lush temples. But this does not mean that there is nothing to see. Many natural attractions will open to you absolutely free when walking.
