Last remaining seafront plot in this recently approved urbanization between Praia da Luz and Burgau. This plot not only has a previledge location on the seafront, but also magnificent seaviews right from the ground level. The approved construction is for a villa with 400m2 of implantation, two floors plus basement and swimming pool. The infrastructures of the urbanization are already in place and a project for the villa is currently under development.
