A cafe with a total area of 120 m2 is located less than 20 minutes walk from the center of Ljubljana. The location is very successful for several reasons. Firstly, the area where the cafe is located is pretty densely populated. Secondly, the cafe is part of the commercial center, due to which the popularity of the employees located in the building offices. Thirdly, it goes to a pretty busy street, where every weekday residents of the Slovenian capital, whose houses are located in the southern districts of the city, return home from the city center.

In front of the building there is a spacious parking. In the immediate vicinity of the cafe is also located a beauty salon, a fitness studio and various shops.
