The house is located in a picturesque place, halfway between the settlements of Ribnica na Pohorju and Ribnika koa. This area is included in the protected natural area NATURA 2000. The house is located at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level, which offers a magnificent view of the Drava River valley. The area of the land on which the house is located is 773 m2.

On the first floor of the house there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with access to the terrace. There is also a living room, a toilet and a bathroom.

On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms, 3 and 2 beds respectively. The large bedroom has a balcony. There is a toilet on the floor.

In the basement of the house is equipped with a Finnish sauna for 4 people, with a shower. Also in the basement there is a boiler room and a storage room, mainly used for accommodation of ski equipment and bicycles.

The house is adjacent parking, designed for two cars.

The house is rented for short-term rent to tourists, reservations are made through the site. Average employment during the year is 150-170 days.
