This is a lovely, newly built house with 4 separate apartments located on the banks of the Kolpa river (Dent). Each apartment has a separate entrance. Currently used as a guest house for tourists.

The house has 3 floors and is built in accordance with traditions. This guest house is located in a beautiful place on the shores of beautiful Colby, which is popular among the lovers of kayaking, rafting, fishing and swimming.

Near the house there is a great covered terrace with views of the river and on the other side, where Croatia begins. Around the house the garden and the forest.

The property also adjoins the plot of land where once stood the old mill (now demolished). This is a building plot and can be used for the reconstruction of the mill.
