The old peasant house was built in 1881 and was last renovated during the period from 2006 to 2009. The house has 161 m2 of net living space. From the town of Kamnik the house is located only 5 km away from Ljubljana, the ski resorts of Krvave and the thermal resorts of Snovik about 25 km from the airport - 15 km.
