The villa is located in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Donachka mountain, just 5 km from the resort of Rogaka Slatina

The excellent location of the facility provides a unity with nature and ideal conditions for leisure activities. It is an excellent starting point for hiking and riding motorcyclists, cyclists around the surrounding hills and tourist routes. In the new building (2008 built) there are commercial premises on the first floor and 9 apartments on two floors in the part of the building that was built in 1995. On the first floor there is a small hall with a kitchen, three office spaces and on the second floor a large a hall of 120 m2 with bathrooms, a conference room and a kitchen. The apartments range from 28 m2 to 90 m2. Four apartments have a living room, an entrance hall and a bathroom with toilet. Five apartments also have one separate bedroom. Each apartment has separate electricity and water meters, gas heating, air conditioning, TV and Internet access. In front of the building there is a large joint parking. Thanks to its location in a tourist-developing area and, above all, thanks to the close proximity of the famous Slovenian resort of Rogaska Slatina, the facility is excellent for tourist activities.
