The object has been working since 1811. The area of the building is about 1000 m2, about 0. 5 hectares of leased land and 2300 of its own land, with an interior space for 80 people and 80 people outside. Parts of the wine cellar for about 200 years, a new large part was built in 2012, in addition there is an unfinished annex, which provides apartments and rooms for bottling wine. The owner has equipment for bottling, which must be installed. There is all necessary equipment for making wine. Each year, 220,000 liters of wine is produced (also purchased from the surrounding vineyards), the cellar has its own brand. Wines of traditional manufacture are produced here (Ritoznojcan, Rulannec, Muscat, Riesling, Sauvignon, Tramynets and champagne). The plot consists of about 5 leased hectares of vineyards, which have 22,000 vines (not included in the price). Access is provided for buses, only 5 km to the motorway exit. (2178)
