The total area of the estate is 24 hectares, including 18 hectares of vineyards, the rest is meadow and forest. All the grapes were planted in 2004. About 90 000 vines are mostly white grapes (tramine, yellow muscat, white pinot, sauvignon, chardonnay). On the territory of the estate there are two buildings: a house (298 m2) and a production building (441 m2), which has all the necessary equipment for processing grapes (automatic hydraulic press, stainless steel tanks (16 x 10,000 liters of wine), Line filling, refrigeration, all the rest of the necessary production equipment). In one part of the estate there are two more buildings that need repair. More than 3200 m2 of land, which according to the spatial planning documentation is defined as being under construction, so there are excellent opportunities for further expansion of business (tourism). Vineyards are located 12 km from the town of Slovenske Konya and 8 km from the entrance to the expressway. The airport in Austria is 45 minutes away by car, just 20 minutes away from the thermal resort of Terme Zree and the ski resort of Rogla.
