At 3 km from the sea, in an excellent location above Portoroz, an old Istrian stone house was built, which was built in 1915. The house has an area of 81 m2 and needs reconstruction. It stands on a single plot of 418 m2, of which 49% for building. There are all communications (water, electricity, sewage, telephone). Behind the house is most of the land, which is great for planting olive groves, horticulture, floriculture, livestock, etc. The rest of the land is beyond the road. The total land area is about 9,928 m2. On the site there is a source of water of exceptional quality, which never dries up. The plot has a southern orientation and a beautiful view of the Savudriya peninsula, the Sechovle salt fields, the airport, the Secha peninsula and the pier in Lucia. On the other side of the plot (above the house) there is a magnificent view of the Alps and Strunjan. The house is also excellent for organizing rural tourism.
