The first part is a popular restaurant area of about 800 m2, a terrace with a beautiful garden, room enough for 80 guests, and the restaurant has 100 seats. The restaurant is famous for Mediterranean cuisine, fish dishes and good wine.
The second part is a hotel with an area of approximately 230 m2 and consists of: 3 double rooms, 2 triple, 1 quadruple room, office and private rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated and occupied by 85% over the whole year. The average rental price accommodation 30 Euro/person/day.
