Excellent house in a residential complex

Three identical exclusive residential complexes are situated practically at the beginning of Gava Mar with the best beaches of the Catalonian coast. Located in a high-class area with one of the most well-groomed gardens, there are just 10 houses in each residential complex. The houses are situated very close to Tropical and El Torreon restaurants.

At the entrance to the residential complex there is a surveillance booth with a porter and a gardener. There is also a descent to the underground parking. Exterior private parking spaces for every house are distributed at the entrance. A path going over the complex starts at the entrance and goes behind the houses.

The interior of the house has a structure very similar to that of the majority of the townhouses of the area. A small hallway at the entrance leads to a wardrobe, a toilet, entrance to a kitchen and a living-dining room with exit to a terrace. An attic room now used as an office is located on the upper floor. It has exit to a terrace with views of the communal swimming pool surrounded by pine trees.

A garage ideal for one or two cars is located in the basement. There is also a laundry room and a room sometimes used as a service or a storage room.
