New apartments in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona

This modern project involves the complete reconstruction of an ancient 18th century building and combines the restoration of the building (preserving its architectural stylistics), innovative technologies and excellent interior design. This 1769-year-old building was added to the catalog of the architectural and historical heritage of Barcelona. The building has a stunning facade, which will be restored with great care and precision. All apartments will have a "smart house" system. In total there are 16 apartments in the house, each of which will not look like the other, thanks to the excellent work of designers who repeatedly create a unique object of its kind. On sale there are apartments with two or three bedrooms.
